E-Commerce Platform (incl. Shopping Cart)
Attrahent boasts a cost-effective e-commerce platform that can be integrated
with any existing website. This platform includes a shopping cart and a powerful back-office management
system, and therefore allows for the secure, encrypted, online processing of credit-card payments.
This enables research- and project-teams, based at universities and elsewhere, to use e-commerce
to present their commercial outputs to the local/international market.
Advantages of using the platform include:
- The vendor can host his website from anywhere.
Shopping cart facilities are provided, with extremely flexible shipping
options.
The shopping environment is branded with the vendor’s own logo.
Secure online credit card verification and processing is provided. As a
result, the vendor no longer needs a security certificate.
The vendor doesn’t need a merchant account - the
funds are received by Attrahent and transferred in regular batches to any ordinary bank account specified
by the vendor. This greatly simplifies accounting.
Terms, conditions and privacy statements are automatically generated for the
vendor, and the vendor may choose to use this for his entire website.
Packages are extremely flexible. Attrahent is willing to consider providing
the platform at minimal or zero upfront fixed and monthly cost, instead charging only a commission
per transaction. This makes it much more attractive to vendors starting out in e-commerce, since
Attrahent shares the risk.
It is therefore apparent that our e-commerce platform can be used by vendors of
all sizes, from a single person selling bracelets from home, to the largest companies.
