Through its continued experience in conference- & event management for Stellenbosch University, Attrahent has rolled out an online Conference Management System. The entire conference website, call for papers submission and review as well as delegate registration and payment is combined in one package. Many of the traditional conference management functions is taken care of by the system freeing up your valuable time. The system includes the following main features:

Customized Design:

• We create a branded website with your logos and colour scheme

Web Information pages:

• We add information pages and give you access to edit these pages yourself
• You can add news items and upload any documents or pictures
  

Abstract Submission and Review:

• Authors registers for abstract submission
• Author can then add and edit abstract via the system
• Reviewer can accept, decline or send back for amendments
• Abstracts can also be assigned to sub-reviewers
• Option of adding paper submissions to review process
  

Administrative Management:

• Administrative staff can search author and abstract data
• Administrative staff can view various reports, export data and send bulk emails
